I am from Chiba, Japan, which is near Tokyo. So, I speak standard Japanese.

In 1996, I came to Tucson, AZ, and started teaching Japanese at the community college as a tutor. At the community college, many students preferred to study with me despite the various other tutors at the tutoring center, and received recognition for being the most helpful in student success.

Since then, I have been teaching the Japanese language from preschool to college level, and privately for any age and any level students.

​

I teach not only the Japanese language but also about exotic Japanese cultures.

I always try to teach the student to enjoy learning Japanese and satisfy the needs of students.
