You will receive an e-mail to decide schedule for First Session.

After we decide schedule, you will receive confirmation e-mail and a Zoom Invitation one or two days before the session.

Please specify three desired dates and times.

<< Billing / Refunds Policy>>

Under the Terms, you agree to pay via credit card or PayPal transfer the charges as set forth on the Site. 

No refund after we send you an email to download your textbook.

The First Session or the Lesson without textbook, we refund if we receive at least one-week notice from you.

 

<<Cancelation Policy>>

Users cannot cancel the agreement at their own convenience.

Luck Luck Japanese shall not assume any obligation to refund fees.

All cancellations need at least one-week notice. If you cancel with less than one-week notice,

you lose your paid-for class.   

 

If the tutor cancels a reserved lesson,

she will refund or reschedule lesson.
